PORD00455709 There is a parapet that divides the flat roof above our toilet area. (photo 4 & 5) there is also gully on this flat roof that goes through the parapet itself via a small hole that has been formed in the parapet wall. (photo 6) whilst we can’t be certain I would expect that hole is the main cause of the leaking across the floors recently. This hole goes directly through the cavity of the parapet. This gully discharges into the main roof gully (photos 1 & 2) I suspect this hole is not sealed due the nature of its size and roofers being unable to physically work in such a small hole to get the required seal.
