PO-C-004530 Engineer to remove ram and strip out broken spring and set new spring into position and relocate base plate/O ring to correct length if spring and refit top spring support and tighten to correct strength, refit ram with new spring and secure into position and reconnect hydraulic hose and insert new hydraulic fluid to correct level and test barrier.
Engineer to test full operation and to adjust spring tension/hydraulic oil to ensure smooth operation of barrier and test full operation with site personnel and leave door in good working order.
